John sighed as the van sat in the parking lot of the local hospital. For the past six months, this place had become very familiar to the young panther and his family. They'd been here almost every other week, and three year old Corlina wasn't getting any better. They had to start bringing their entire pack with them. It'd become a group effort to keep Cora from running from the hospital and trying to return to the den, which she'd done on three other occasions. John looked back when he heard Cora whine from the backseat from her place in Phil's lap.

Phil sighed softly. "It's going to be ok sweetie."

Phil swallowed hard. "I-I know honey but maybe this time it will."

"I'm sorry but you need this honey." Phil said as they pulled up.

The tiny cub's ears fell back, her lower lip beginning to quiver. "B-B-But daddy......."

Phil hugged Caro tightly.
Jay's tail twiched worriedly as he watched, what if somthing happened to his boys?
Alex sighed, this shouldn't be happening to one of the little ones.

Cora snuggled close, needing Phil's warmth. Jeff sighed and shook his head, he hated seeing his girl's best friend like this, not to mention the memories of his own childhood this brought back. He moved closer to Matt.
