Be My Salvation

Jay bit his lip as he looked at the medicine and wrinkled his nose before opening his mouth for Shawn.

Shawn smiled. "I know it tastes bad, but you're doing great."

Jay made a face at the taste and curled up.

Shawn smiled. "You get some rest little one."

Jay nodded as he slowly closed his eyes.

Shawn smiled and yawned softly.

"You should go rest Shawn." Mark said as he gently took Shawn's hand.

Shawn nodded and went back to his room.

Mark watched him go back to his room and then went back to his office.

Hunter grumbled as he waited for Wade.

Wade grinned. "Hello Hunter."

Hunter looked up and grinned. "What took you so long Wade?"

"Just trying to keep Mark away," said Wade.

Hunter nodded "So you said you wanted to help me get rid of Mark, why?"

"Simple, he irritates me," said Wade. "He's too gentle with them."

"I take it your talking about the little ones." Hunter said "A your right he way too gentle with them." Hunter looked at Wade "I also here he's been theatening to fire you."

"So I've heard," said Wade. "I've heard the same about you."

Hunter shrugged "He saying i'm to rough with em."

"Says the same about me," said Wade. "Little bitches will break when they're sold at this rate."

"I know but try telling him that especially about the younger ones." Hunter said. "And he was yelling the other day because one of the younger ones got sold."

Wade rolled his eyes. "He's getting soft in his old age."

"Way too soft." Hunter agreed "but what do we do?"

Wade sighed. "I don't know yet."

"Wish he would just step down as the head trainer." Hunter muttered.

"There has to be a way to force him," said Wade.
